Advancing equality and non-discrimination
The project "Advancing equality and non-discrimination" aims to assess the real scope of discrimination against women and LGBTI community, in the public and private institutions. Through situation testing discrimination, the project will test discrimination based on gender, gender identity and sexual orientation, and will monitor the institutional response to the cases of this nature, and the implementation of the law that protects these groups from all forms of discrimination. Through the community engagement, the project will also contribute on the activism and the empowerement of young women and LGBTI people as agents of change and advancment of gender equality in Kosovo.
This project is implemented in partnership with Center for Social Groups Development (CSGD) and is financed by Embassy of the Netherlands in Kosovo.
