Mrs. Demolli has extensive experience in project management, especially dealing with gender issues in Kosovo. She has worked for 20 years at the Kosovar Centre for Gender Studies in Prishtina, Kosovo as Lead Researcher, Project Manager and now Executive Director. Its main activities included advocating public policies regarding gender equality and gender studies, working on transforming the social status of women with special emphasis on women's rights, encouraging and supporting women's culture and knowledge through research, developing a culture of dialogue without Gender-based Violence, reviewing of policies from a critical feminist point of view, conducting research for publications, promoting gender studies programs in higher education, etc. Mrs. Demolli has deep knowledge of political and social circumstances due to previous experience in press and media bodies. She has extensive experience with civil society and communication with various stakeholders within the sector. In addition, she has experience in conducting research and analysis of various issues as well as database creation (data collection and categorization), public relations and promotion, as well as is engaged in organizing conferences and events. She has made several publications in the field of gender equality.
