Dafina Prekazi works as Program Manager at the Kosovar Centre for Gender Studies. Dafina has completed her studies in Management and Public Administration at the American University in Kosovo (Rochester Institute of Technology). She has also completed the Political and Economic Development program funded by the Fund for American Studies and Georgetown University. She has previously managed projects in both the private and public sectors and has experience in research as well as gender integration in various sectors including politics, environment, social policies and EU integration processes. Dafina has always been interested in advancing women's rights and gender equality. She is particularly interested and enthusiastic about topics that include sustainable community development as well as inclusiveness of gender equality in all social spheres.
