Alba Ajdarevikj works as a project manager at the Kosovar Centre for Gender Studies. Alba studied Peace and Conflict Studies and Public Policy & Governance at RIT Kosovo, graduating with Magna Cum Laude Honours from RIT New York in 2022. Alba has worked on various projects in other civil society organizations with a feminist approach. She has also worked on research conducted by the private sector on various topics. During her studies, Alba has also participated in various trainings and conferences, including the OSCE Local Dialogue Academy for Young Women, ISWI 2019, Suny Model EU, The Napier Experience, and so on. In addition, she is the recipient of the State Justice Scholars Award from the Center for State, Law and Freedom at RIT. Alba has always been passionate about human rights, especially women's rights and the rights of the LGBTQI+ community. Therefore, it has chosen to engage in civil society to work closely with such marginalized communities.
