Fleta Cetaj works at the Kosovar Centre for Gender Studies as a project manager. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Prishtina and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Criminal Law at the same institution. During her studies, Fleta has been engaged in practical work in non-governmental organizations as a monitor of court hearings with KDI and YIHR, she has carried out a one-year professional internship at the Basic Court in Pristina. She is part of the panel of the Youth Forum for Gender Equality in Kosovo, which is funded by UNDP. She has also been engaged as a moderator in Approved Trials, an activity organized within the framework of the project “Youth for Justice” at YIHR. She is particularly interested and enthusiastic about topics and projects that promote gender equality in all social spheres.
