Empowering Women's Equal Property Rights in Kosovo
This project aims to empower unemployed women by offering comprehensive training programmes tailored to improve their skills and readiness for the labour market. By focusing on skills development, mentoring and networking opportunities, we aim to bridge the gap between women and labour market demands. Our strategy focuses on empowerment, creating a sustainable path for these women to secure employment, contribute to the private sector and drive economic growth while also ensuring gender inclusion and equality. In addition, we will work simultaneously with women employed in the private sector to empower them in addressing gender discrimination and other labour market issues.
The expected results of this project are:
- Empowering approach and awareness-raising through training
- Increased representation of workers
- Improving cooperation between the private sector and NGOs
- Increased inclusion policies in the private sector
- Raising understanding of gender inequalities in the labour market
This project is funded by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Kosovo.
