Strategic Litigation Training
On June 23, KGSC organized strategic awareness training, "Equal Gender Representation in Public
Institutions of the Republic of Kosovo (Challenges and Challenges in Implementing the Law No. 05 / L -
020 on Gender Equality)". During this training, the Law on Gender Equality has been interpreted and
discussed as well as challenges and problems related to the implementation of this Law. The training
was also intended to increase the capacities and skills of policymakers, in this case, gender equality
officials in municipalities and ministries by providing simple and practical steps towards gender
mainstreaming. Lecturer and moderator of this training was Legal Expert Besim Kajtazi who was also
drafter of many laws in the Republic of Kosovo.
