Alba Ajdarevikj

Alba Ajdarevikj works as Project Manager at the Kosovar Gender Studies Center.

Alba has studied Peace & Conflict Studies and Public Policy & Governance at RIT Kosovo, graduating with honors Magna Cum Laude from RIT New York in 2022. Alba has worked on various projects in other civil society organizations with feminist approaches. She has also worked on research developed by the private sector on various topics.

During her studies, Alba also participated in various training and conferences, including the OSCE Local Dialogue Academy for Young Women, ISWI 2019, Suny Model EU, The Napier Experience, and so forth. Moreover, she is the recipient of the Statesmanship Scholars Award from the Center for State, Law and Liberty at RIT.

Alba has always been passionate about human rights, especially women's right and LGBTQI+ community's rights. Therefore, she has chosen to engage in civil society to closely work with such marginalized communities.
